Respect - Being a Good Citizen/Anishinaabe by Following Rules
Grades 6+
An important part of being Anishinaabe is being independent, but it is also about being respectful and cooperative, because this helps the whole community. This Slideshow aims to teach students how respect and cooperativeness are shown by Following Rules and Expectations in school and in the community

Narration Suggestions - what you can say to present each slide
Open-ended Questions - questions you can ask to assess understanding
Class activities linked to the slides and to the student Worksheet aimed at engaging your class in the concepts
Download the Student Worksheet - it includes a slide guide and all of the activities that are linked to your Teacher Guide.
Have the students complete the class activities as they follow you through your presentation.
In some Units there will be extra activities that you can download
